We have this product on the bmd device hooked up to an atem extreme. It doesn't work automatically what am I doing wrong?

Looking for something to mount permanently in a lower light situation for baptism events. Good choice?? Also, what is the best way to get NDI into a blackmagic VideoHub? I dont want to run SDI. Talent wearing glasses will be a problem. The reflection of the green LED on the glasses will cause keying to happen on the glasses as well. It is seen in this video at around 00:21 & 1:10.

It's just like recording 2 cameras at 60fps, just need to make sure you have NVMe storage. vMix will tell you how much recording time you have based on the number of cameras and bitrate.

It comes with a year of bonding service and then it's .50 cents per gigabyte thereafter. Roughly $4 for a two hour event, depending on your bitrate.
Does the green light on the camera turn the talent green?
Not unless there is no light at all. You can see a video we did at Infocomm where we had no lighting and still were able to pull a chromakey. In the event that you are trying to light your talent to be in a dark room (ie you have no or dim lights) you can turn the 'volume' of the litering down so as not to 'splash' the talent. The problem is much less serious that traditional greenscreen spill and much easier to control. Probably the only issue I'd say that I've run into is when using the litering in a small area (which it's good at) while wearing glasses (which I do) is the reflection of the litering light will show up, and key. Essentially you can't look dead on to the camera while wearing glasses at close range.

What is the name of the capture card that used with vmix
It's an SC400 but with custom firmware, so buying one off the shelf won't give you quad SDI interleaved to 240fps in vMix. The system is also very specifically formulated to handle the 240fps, it's right at the edge of what current computing can handle in terms of bandwidth so it's not a DIY solution at this time.

How long max the rail can be?
I'm told 100 feet is the length the gear strip can handle without any spring to it. The largest we've built is 60 feet, but if you want to go longer, it's possible to discuss it.

How do you make the encoder wireless. I've made the selections many times but an ethernet cable is mandatory. I don't want to trade a 20' bnc cable for a 20' ethernet cable. Thanks
You just need the ethernet for setup. Log into it and connect it to your wifi. I recommend a strong mesh network, or barring that using SRT.
Is it working like a second monitor output for PC? Is it working in vmix as external output, or its work in vmix as a ful screen output? Which resolution and frame rates it is supporting. is it can do interlace output? Are you have a some technical manual?
It can work either way, as a second monitor or with vMix's external output. No, progressive only.
